Permit less carry bill introduced in Texas again!

#1

Post by FloridaViaMissouri »

What are the chances this passes next session?

The Missouri one that recently passed only pertains to CONCEALED carry. Open carry still requires a ccw permit in some areas. Looks like this one will cover both.

Can Texas become the 11th state to pass permit less concealed carry?

I highly doubt it in this session, and I sincerely hope that people don't resort to the same circus act as in sessions last. Trying to force the issue before the public and the representatives/senators in Texas are in a position to support it will only jeopardize other bills expanding 2A rights.
