GOP notches victory on concealed carry vote

The House of Reps just passed overwhelmingly a bill that causes all states to honor other states CHLs. The bill is now going to the Democratic Senate. Has anyone read the piece of legislation and does it have provisions for a national "register" of CHL holders? Hope this issue hasn't been beaten to death in some other thread. wg
