Constitution vs International Law
Well I'm not a lawyer I have a legal theory. A bad supreme court could
come up with a ruling that internatonal law takes a precidence over
the constitution. A U.N. treaty could be interpited as an international law.
Economic sanctions could be used against a rouge Nation for failing to
support international Law and U. N. treaties. Now the Constitution is totally gutted
Citizens are required to surrender all firearms this week to an authorized collection center.
Citizens will be given a receipt for their firearms as proof that they were properly turned in.
Remember that no Pirate ,Mugger, Burglar, Rapist will dare own a firearm in
defiance of International Law and Treaty. As of this week all citizens of the world will
be totally protected from gun viloent acts.
There shall be an exemption allowing governments to hold firearms in
trust on behale of the citizens of the world collectively
Failure by individuals to surrender all firearms by the end of the week will result in
prosecution by your local branch of the world court of justice.

Oh crud I knew I was forgetting something, I think I stored all mine in the attic. They were probably covered in the insulation I had blown in and I just forgot.and sold that house which the buyers demolished and built a new one on that lot.ajwakeboarder wrote:sorry, all my firearms were stolen. Is that a deductible long term capital loss for tax purposes? Oh well, I probably waited too long to file an amended return anyway.

Sold 'em all a while back to a guy named "Joe." No, I don't remember what he looked like.

I didn't mean a denial........AEA wrote: I'm not laughing at the possibility, I am laughing at the response.
I meant the necessary response when they come to take them. They will get all the ammo first.

I'll make it as clear as I can........
They will get the fired ammo first and I will die in a large mound of mixed brass.
