It's a good thing Penn only has to recite lines the writers put down for him in his movies. He can't construct a cohesive sentence in conversation on his own evidenced by the quote above which is gibberish. Like Liam Neeson he should stick to his movie lines because on their own they expose their ignorance and intelligence or lack thereof.

I am going to start a free service collecting and destroying guns...

I like that idea. Destroy just a little at a time by burning small amounts of smokeless power inside the barrel and chamber. It might a take a while, but through dedication and perseverence, we will eventually destroy them.

I keep thinking of Bill Murray in "Zombieland". I nearly died laughing when it turned out he was "acting" like a zombie so they'd leave him alone. And then I nearly died of irony when he gets it in the end.
