Anyone follow the logic of any forum member supporting the current president???
Of course there will be times when his right decision for the wrong reasons work out but even a blind hog catches an acorn now and then.

I have been told that I am a complicated person- i.e. Yes for Obama and I support Gun rights. Do I agree with everything that Obama supports? No. But there are issues that take precedent over other issues. I like to question norms and I don't follow anyone/ anything blindly.

That statement is a perfect contradiction, as Obama is completely dedicated to destroying every meaningful gun right possible.v-rog wrote:I have been told that I am a complicated person- i.e. Yes for Obama and I support Gun rights.

Obama has signed more pro-carry laws than Romney.
This will only hurt a little. What comes next, more so.

But no pro gun legislation on its own, just attached to other things. I think anyone who thinks he is a friend to gun owners specifically and freedom loving people generally hasn't been listening to dear leaders words too closely.

I have said before that I think he is more pro gun than he gets credit for, the true test will be if the national reciprocity bill is signed.74novaman wrote:True.Cobra Medic wrote:Obama has signed more pro-carry laws than Romney.

I claim there is absolutely nothing to support your statement, and plenty to contradict it. Would you please provide supporting evidence for your statement? The Mad Moderate wrote:...I have said before that I think he is more pro gun than he gets credit for
Not really. The true test would be if he confesses that Fast and Furious was his plan all along and he admits to the crime of being an accessory to the murder of a border patrol agent. The Mad Moderate wrote:, the true test will be if the national reciprocity bill is signed.

If Obama was pro gun (or a moral and decent human being) then Holder would have been fired long ago for intentionally supplying weapons to the Mexican narco-terrorists. The new AG would have also been instructed to prosecute where possible.

Unlike several replies, I agree. I believe that right or wrong has nothing to do with a popularity contest. However, there appears to be many who dislike President Obama so much, they will criticize him no matter what he does.v-rog wrote:Give me a break- the president did what Bush failed to do. The president is left mopping up the huge mess that bush started in Iraq.
There will always be those who create terror and inflict pain. Luckily we have a focused president currently at the helm.
