Not sure I am trying to listen to rush now.
Re: GO SCOTT BROWN>
I can't find any. The major news outlets pretty much stopped releasing poll results before closing time, several years ago.longtooth wrote:Any early exit poll results. It is 1:00 there now.

The Good Lord works in mysterious ways.
Yes , Ive been keeping tabs on this special election.
The dems didn't see this coming .
It is truly a testament to the way most Americans feel about this absurd administration .

Re: GO SCOTT BROWN>
Polls yesterday show Brown up by 9 points.
Now you have Barney Frank wanting to change the filibuster rules because they're afraid they'll lose this seat (http://www.breitbart.tv/barney-frank-go ... ilibuster/)
You have an MSNBC pundit on his radio show advocating voter fraud and cheating to keep Republicans from winning elections (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OB3j9fpTKkk)
In 2004, when Romney was Governor of Mass. and Kerry was running against Bush, the Dems there passed a law stating the Governor couldn't appoint a Senator to a vacant Senate seat. This was because they feared Romney would appoint a Republican to replace Kerry if Kerry won against Bush.
In 2009, with a Democrat Governor, and Kennedy in poor health, the Democrats again changed the law to allow the Governor to appoint a Senator to a vacant Senate seat. This was because they feared not having enough votes to pass health care upon Kennedy's death with a vacant Senate seat.
Now they're talking about changing Senate filibuster rules if they lose their 60 vote supermajority.
Now, I'm not a lawyer, I don't play one on TV, nor did I stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, but I can smell when something's fishy and one party will do anything in its power to stay in power, irregardless of the will of the People.

John Kerry now says that Scott Brown's rallys are "reminiscent of the dangerous atmosphere of Sarah Palin’s 2008 campaign rallies".

Re: GO SCOTT BROWN>
Obama was in MASS steamrolling for Coakley by chastising Brown for driving a pickup truck. Obama said anybody could buy a pickup truck.
Tuns out Brown's truck is a GMC Canyon. Made by General Motors Corp., a company Obama and the federal government have a considerable interest in.
Brown rebutted that no, not everybody could buy a pickup truck. But if elected, he would cut government spending and lower taxes so that people could keep more of their own money.
Now, there's a catchy idea. Presumably, that would make them more able to afford a pickup truck, even if they didn't actually buy one. And that would be a good thing.
