Sen. Frank Lautenberg (D-N.J.) introduced legislation Tuesday that would make it illegal to manufacture or sell a magazine that contains more than 10 rounds.
I guess the military and PD's are not going to be happy about that. Idiot. :banghead:

I have never bought a magazine that contained rounds; I always have to add them myself.

I don't know, but with the prices of magazines lately, you would expect them to come fully loaded. :smilelol5:

Sen. Richard Blumenthal told The Associated Press on Wednesday that the proposed legislation, to be unveiled Thursday in Washington, D.C., will more narrowly define what’s considered an assault weapon under a resurrected ban. The bill, he said, will also prohibit high-capacity magazines, limiting them to a capacity of up to nine rounds of ammunition.
“If this bill had been in effect, there would be little girls and boys still alive today in Newtown,” said Murphy, adding how the only inconvenience to sportsmen would be reloading more frequently at shooting ranges because of the smaller magazines.
Of course, that last statement directly contradicts the findings of the Sandy Hook investigators, who have concluded that the monster reloaded often, firing no more than 10 rounds from magazines containing 15 rounds. They found a number of half empty magazines strewn about.

Okay stop for a moment and think about the rounds limit. The wackos and criminals who commit murder are NOT going to obey any gun law or ANY law. Only a fool would believe that a criminal is going to stop and say "dang! Can't use my 30 round mags today so I'm going to have to carry a bunch of 9 round mags so I can get everyone".... NOT!!!!
I keep hearing all about the ban proposals and not a single mention on the REAL problem of mental illness and criminals.
The libs are out for control and the witch from California is leading the pack.

God bless Texas! :txflag:
