Hmmmm, I've been waiting on my tax stamp since April. I called and checked up on it and it went pending in June. Any change to the NFA would have to be passed in a bill by both houses, correct?

honestly with obama he tries to do anything he can to not follow due process so who knows.
I wouldnt worry about your stamp since you already sent it in the paper work. all of mine have taken right at 6 months.

I still have a form 1 with the West Virginia ATF that's been pending since march, and I sent it in Dec 19th.
My form 4 that I sent in at the same time came back July 19th. 7 months to the day.

No but he has been trying to get guns banned by going around the government and the constitution.
