Darwin award- level 10.
Sucks for the Uber driver. I guarantee he didn't want to shoot anybody that night.

Uber Firearms Prohibition Policy
Our goal is to ensure that everyone has a safe and reliable ride. That's why Uber prohibits riders and their guests, as well as driver and delivery partners, from carrying firearms of any kind while using our app*
Anyone who violates this policy may lose access to Uber.

Their words:
To the extent permitted by applicable law.
Florida Constitution:
“The right of the people to keep and bear arms in defense of themselves and of the lawful authority of the state shall not be infringed, except that the manner of bearing arms may be regulated by law.”
But I'm sure they will ignore that 'applicable law'.....

I'd rather lose my job than my life.
