October 24 - Website updated to now allow us to report lost stolen cards

Sorry Hot Dog ???, but its not very likely that yalls application has been processed yet. Recently its been going quick, but not THAT quick. It seems like the portal hasn't been posting the application status' lately. Most of the feedback I've received from students lately indicate +/- a month from submitting all required documents until they receive it in the mail. (One of my students received his in about 2 weeks, but I don't see that as the norm. Even a 1-month turn around is a huge improvement considering historic timelines, & the number of applications submitted each month).

I'd suggest waiting until you've hit at least the 30-day mark before calling them to check the status (and have your Wife next to you so she can ask about hers at the same time; they won't likely discuss hers with you due to non-disclosure). There's a couple reasons I'd suggest a month wait before calling:

- There's a limited number of RSD personnel to process the +/- 1k applications/month, & lots of those waiting are also calling in to check their status. The result is a 20-30 minute wait time to speak to an actual person (hence the suggestion to have your wife handy so she won't have to call back later & wait another 20-30 min).
- Its not likely that your application has even been reviewed yet, since there's around 800 - 1k applications ahead of you.
- The 30-day mark should provide plenty of time for them to match up your mailed-in documents with your application, scan them, & process your application.

My brother and I both sent our CHL-100s in on September 19th. The website changed for me on October 16th. I had my card three days later. The website changed for my brother on October 19th and he had his card on the 22nd. Most people see their card within 3 days of the website changing. I expect your experience to be no different.
