How do I check the stauts of my chl app.

Or you can call (512) 424-7293. I would call because the website only seems to update (it will give you the option to change address, report license lost/stolen, etc.) when they mail your card out. They will be able to tell you if your app is still being reviewed, if your license has gone for printing, or if it's already been mailed to you. I've seen some users even say they can tell you if they've received all your supporting documents. Have your driver's license number and address handy if you call. They will ask you for it.

Don't call on Mondays or during peak hours (10am-2pm) unless you want a very long hold time. Call them at 7am or at 6pm & prob no wait time at all. Their hours are 7am-7pm.
