Fingerprints

#1

Post by Pro Street »

Me and my wife took our CHL class Nov.7
Did our online app. on Nov.8
Printed out our check list and sent in the CH100 Nov.8
We have been trying to schedule our fingerprints for the last 3 days with no luck. WE have used our Trace # and we also tried our DL# too.
Did we do something wrong? Help!

Were you not prompted to schedule fingerprints when you finished the application?

Yes it did but the wife did not know when she could get off work so we skipped that. We are 70 miles away from the nearest place to get it done.
So what do we need to do now?

From what I remember you should be able to schedule prints 48 hours after submitting your application. I would try again tomorrow or the next day. If it still doesn't work then I would probably give DPS a call and ask if they can acknowledge receipt of the application.

It was more than 2 days for my wife and I to be able to schedule fingerprints too. It was about day 4 or 5 if I remember correctly. Just keep trying everyday.

If the finger print place is over 40 or 45 miles away go to the sheriffs office
