Possibly, but what he said is that it's "the same". Legally a notice such as this sign is not effective notice whereas verbal communication from somebody with apparent authority is effective notice.chandler583 wrote:I think what The Wall is trying to convey is that the business has clearly stated they are not supporters of the second amendment, thus The Wall will not patronize such business regardless of sign compliance.
