Pumpkin patch
In general, is it ok to carry at a pumpkin patch? Would it be considered an amusement park? Or should I just look for 30.06 signs?

Re: Pumpkin patch
If it's not on at least 75 acres it certainly doesn't qualify as an Amusenent park, look for 06/07 signs. I suggest you carry concealed, if it's at a church don't go in the building. Others are better at this stuff than I am, maybe they'll chime in.

Re: Pumpkin patch
A pumpkin patch is not an Amusement park, Unless it's properly posted 30.06/30.07 or an official school activity you can carry.
Unless properly posted you can also carry in a church.

Your CHL-16 is a wealth of information. http://www.dps.texas.gov/RSD/CHL/forms/index.htm
1) “Amusement park” means a permanent indoor or outdoor facility or park where amusement rides are available for use by the public that is located in a county with a population of more than one million, encompasses at least 75 acres in surface area, is enclosed with access only through controlled entries, is open for operation more than 120 days in each calendar year, and has
security guards on the premises at all times. The term does not include any public or private driveway, street, sidewalk or walkway, parking lot, parking garage, or other parking area.
