Puddles the Clown sings the Who's "Pinball Wizard" played to the music of Johnny Cash's "Folsom Prison Blues"
Very strange, but a good job IMO.

I like Neil Diamond's "Hot August Night" collection, especially "Sweet Caroline." I'm also a BeeGees fan. I also like Reba McEntire and Patty Loveless.

Jimmy LaFave (July 12, 1955 – May 21, 2017) died today at the age of 61 years.
I enjoyed his music and tried to see him every time he came to Houston.
I was looking forward to seeing him at the Mucky Duck in June, but sadly I won't be able to.
This is one of my favorites. R.I.P. Jimmy.
Here is a great cover of a CCR song, "Have You Ever Seen The Rain "

I know this is a really strange post, but I ran across it when I was reading about Roy Rogers and 1950s TV Westerns.

Just saw this on Facebook. I didn't know Glen Campbell recorded this song by Jimmy Webb. Ironic that one of Campbell's last recordings would be of a Webb composition given their long standing association. Funnily, the first time Webb and Campbell met Glenn said "Get a haircut!"

The documentary "Glen Campbell: I'll Be Me" was one of the most gut wrenching things I've ever watched.
The left lies about everything. Truth is a liberal value, and truth is a conservative value, but it has never been a left-wing value. People on the left say whatever advances their immediate agenda. Power is their moral lodestar; therefore, truth is always subservient to it. - Dennis Prager
