Went to the Baytown Community Center for a meeting. They have never been posted with signs before with the exception of a "No Long Guns Allowed" sign. Last night when I walked in there were "No Handguns Allowed" signs posted all over the doors and windows, not 30.06 or 30.07 signs, just signs someone printed off on a copier.

Fema has taken over the facility, so does that automatically make it Federal property instead of City Property?
