I am not too knowledgeable about pop culture these days, but isn't this a learned behavior? Didn't Ariana Grande get away with licking donuts and then putting them back? If the stars can do that, why can't she?

with all the safety seals, tamper proof packaging, etc in the past 30 years... not to mention the tampering issues, going back the the Tylenol deaths... I've have been shocked at how many things [in the grocery store] like bread, ice cream, deli and some other things are sitting there, ripe for the tampering.

I'm only surprised this took so long to happen.

I would bet it has already happened, many times. Maybe no video boasting of it but I am sure it happens at times.

Judging by the smile on her face, she thinks it's pretty funny.

If it is proven that she didn't actually put the contaminated food back on the shelf, then I'd say she will likely be found not guilty of that crime. Hopefully she kept the camera rolling til she left the store. But she could still be guilty of something else related to causing a food scare - IANAL. And she definitely should face other non-criminal consequences as a result (loss of her employment, civil suit from Blue Bell for damage to their business, etc).

I get infuriated every time I see the video. My four year old grand daughter loves bluebell ice cream. I buy it just for when she comes over.
