Y'all can blame Acevedo all you want, but someone put him there and Acevedo hasn't changed his stripes. He is the same incompetent leftist as he has been for years before he was hired.

Acevedo didn't force the Mayor and city council to hire him. He didn't elect the judges that run trials, He didn't elect the DA. Acevedo is doing exactly what he got hired for. In a democracy, we get the government we ask for. Elections have consequences.

17 yo shot and killed while riding in a car with 3 other teens. Happened in Katy near the brand new In and Out Burger.

No guns or drugs were found in the car and the bullets came from outside the car.

Shooting at random people in other cars seems to be happening a lot in Katy.

Can’t blame Art for this.

Splendors, Tx. 34 miles from Houston.

Road rager in Tahoe, sideswipes Jetta with child inside then exits freeway knocking motorcyclist off bike and sending him to hospital.

Not sure if videoing whole thing was the appropriate self defense response.

Parents out of the country. Siblings have a small party. Brother shoots his sister and her boyfriend, boyfriend dies.

In Katy. Does Harris County have enough deputies to handle all this murder in Katy? Wow Katy is in the news a lot recently. What's up in Katy?

Southwest Houston feeling left out has its own fatality house party.

Best comment: It used to be: " "It ain't a party until the cops show up", but that's all changed...
Now it ain't a party until the coroner shows up! "

In very sad news, a little boy is burned over 27% of his body by his mother's boyfriend as punishment. Both are arrested.

Elderly Spring couple carjacked at gunpoint by man with hoodie after a dinner out with friends. Caught on Ring camera.

Remember when there was that hoodie protest after Trayvon Martin was killed?

Saw a kid riding a bicycle wearing a hoodie when it was 80°, I was talking to my neighbor, we both thought he was up to no good.

Man, that's a fairly new, and nice, subdivision down the road from me!! Bet I won't answer door or check security light trip without caution and protection.

"Nice subdivision". Exactly why it was targeted.
If you were a criminal, would you go rob a poor subdivision? (where people do not have much money)
Would you go rob a trailer park? (where people have plenty of shotguns)
Wouldn't you much rather go rob a liberal neighborhood full of voluntary victims ready to submit and hand over whatever they got?

Criminals aren't exactly smart but they are smart enough to rob the nice neighborhoods.
It might be a good idea to trash the outside of my house so the bad guys go to my neighbors place. :biggrinjester:
