Not new..the interview was on May 21st. He is such a clown...does he realize the the 13th amendment ended slavery? Or maybe he is only referring to the first 10 amendments as not absolute, which sounds about right for the socialists.

Another day, another example of Joe Biden's mental decline.

Biden, who confuses his wife for his sister, hopes to position himself as the go-to expert on the coronavirus. To demonstrate his profound knowledge on the subject, Biden familiarized himself with the latest statistics on the disease.

"You have, unnecessarily, now we have over 120 million dead from COVID," Biden declared.

Maybe he meant 120 million of the dead will vote for him?

He has already committed to accepting the DNC nomination virtually. No need for actual electors or vote casting I guess.
