To me, that only serves as a potential warning shot to the enemy. Something like this I’d say either say nothing and dump the evidence forward or say something just as you are maybe hours at most from presenting overwhelming evidence. I don’t see the strategy here. Am I off?Ruark wrote: ↑Tue Nov 17, 2020 9:07 am As of 10:25 yesterday morning, according to Powell, the kraken are getting restless. OK, well, we're ready when you are.

I have been waiting for some shred of evidence to back up the claims, but it appears that "the kraken" remains more myth than reality.
“We invited Sidney Powell on the show. We would have given her the whole hour,” Carlson said. “But she never sent us any evidence, despite a lot of requests, polite requests. Not a page. When we kept pressing, she got angry and told us to stop contacting her.”
Carlson also noted: “She never demonstrated that a single actual vote was moved illegitimately by software from one candidate to another. Not one.”

When they start giving details individuals involved get death threats and other coercion. They also need to present the facts to the court's, not the media and the public. Let them do their job til the time expires.

that's why they specifically stated several times the presser was an opening statement for the public and Jenna Ellis specifically stated the evidence will be revealed in court.JDstar wrote: ↑Fri Nov 20, 2020 9:41 am I have been waiting for some shred of evidence to back up the claims, but it appears that "the kraken" remains more myth than reality.

They also finally did what should be done, made it clear to the public the media is lying to the public either by lies of omission via literal censorship in deliberately not reporting the facts, or outright lies of commission via falsehoods.
They called the media out and what did the media do in response?
answer: nothing. Sat there and whined about "they havn't shown any evidence" Which Ellis shot down again by telling them directly this was an opening statement and the evidence will be revealed in court where it should be done.
edit: Ellis just did what needed to be done, called out the media in front of the entire country as to how dishonest they are.
They couldn't answer her because it is the truth, now the media is on the defensive owing to her calling them out.
consequently they will not be able to take their usual offensive position via being able to sell a lie to the public as they have been for decades.
round 1 in the culture war aspect of this goes to the good guys. And that will go a long ways within public opinion which is also a part of this as well as for the future.
Trumps attorneys have also made direct statements about the fraud, not oblique statements with the usual qualifiers ' we believe' or ' it appears' or 'we think' .
Thing such as that which qualify a statement as a personal opinion rather than a direct statement of fact.
This is significant because while I am not an attorney, it is my understanding that if an attorney makes a false claim via a direct statement of fact, not only are they subject to being disbarred, they are subject to criminal charges for doing so.
Powell, Ellis, Guiliani , have all made repeated direct statements regarding fraud, none of them are fool enough to set themselves up for disbarment or worse via trying to sell a false direct statement.
For them to make direct statements of fact as they have means they are telling the truth and can prove it.
Carlson can whine all he wants because he didn't get the scoop on this, too damned bad.

Trump campaign cuts Sidney Powell from president’s legal team
https://www.politico.com/news/2020/11/2 ... gal-439357
Giuliani and Powell have "so far failed to produce any meaningful legal wins, and, in fact, has been repeatedly rebuffed by federal judges who have excoriated the Trump lawyers for demanding draconian measures — like throwing out millions of lawful ballots — without presenting evidence to justify it."
No evidence, no kraken and now no Powell? I think she oversold what she could prove and it's time to turn the light out on this one.

Sidney Powell responds. Essentially doubles down, Kraken on steroids.
Heard from someone in a text that the guy from Dominion on Fox who apparently did a really good job at saying it was all "bull" was a paid spokesman and was not under oath.

Re: "Release the Kraken" ???
If, and that’s a big if (because it may implicate people on both sides) anything comes out, it’ll rattle the ground for sure. There are quite a few Rs interested in defeating Trump, not just the commie Ds.
Hmm. Why would so called “top security officials” want Trump to just go belly up so fast...
“More than 100 former senior national security officials who served in Republican administrations are urging President Trump to concede the 2020 presidential election, saying his refusal to do so is “a serious threat to America’s democratic process and to our national security.”

Re: "Release the Kraken" ???
Right! I mean, regardless if you support Trump or not, this goes far beyond him at this point, and, it does make a person wonder why would anyone want Trump and people like Powell to shut up and color, especially if you are or were in the national security business. If you ain’t got nothing to hide...what’s the problem about lifting the veil up a bit?
Re: "Release the Kraken" ???
Supposedly we see the Kraken tomorrow.
Lin Wood today said some Georgia officials are going to jail.
They must have something.

Re: "Release the Kraken" ???
Right now everyone is trying to think positive.
This may be just more wishful thinking.
There was some info on 4Chan which was interesting.
It was something I had not heard before.
Apparently Kraken wasn’t just a good word to use for what Sidney was going to do. Kraken is a military cyber counter intelligence program.
If you remember Trump’s election party was in an odd location a DC building where the military houses it’s cyber intelligence operation. We know because the press made a big stink about wanting the campaign to reimburse the taxpayers.
Could the two be related? Plus has anyone notice Trump has not been himself. Not tweeting much, playing golf, etc. Yeah it could be because he didn’t win, but it could be because he knows he won in a landslide, but he has to lay low and let it work it’s way through the courts.
It could all be wishful thinking. Sidney did say it might not be today. We were all hoping. A lot of big time lawyers have stuck their necks way out.
Something today in Pennsylvania that they sent out 1.5 million mail in ballots and got 2.5 million ballots back. Haven’t run that down yet.
