Jeff Bartlett http://gibrass.com/brass.html has .45 ACP once-fired commercial for $55 per thousand.
When you go to pick up your fired brass at the range, it helps if you mark the case head with a Sharpie marker. I use different colors to denote how many times fired, and it is easy to tell your marked brass from other people's brass - unless they mark theirs too.
Regards,
Andrew
PS for powder, primers, and other supplies - try http://www.powdervalleyinc.com - they will ship primers and powder on one haz mat charge; most companies will charge two.
PPS I am not affiliated with either company - just a satisfied customer.
Where do you guys get your brass?

I may be wrong but it sounds like you go to Lionstar. I joined back in January and try to go at least twice a month. Sam had told me the same thing but most of the brass I get (besides .22) is .40 S&W. Very seldom is there any 9mm or .45 ACP . I did notice that the lead from his trap appears to have alot of treated lumber splinters in it, so apparently it's bouncing out of the trap and hitting the ceiling.
Sorry for the (almost) hijack.
Back before Christmas, I bought about 6,000 pcs of .45 ACP from a man Charles buys from. I need to get back in touch with either him or llwatson.
Yeah we were going to Lionstar. Now I think we're going to try to move to the Madisonville range.

Re: Where do you guys get your brass?
Range pickup and gun shows primarily.
Also Cabela's in Fort Worth, and SouthWest Ammo Supply in Mesquite.
For hard to find stuff, like 375H&H and 8x57, I got from Midway USA.
Seeing a lot of testing of brass, Remington appears to have best on the market. But I use all brands.
