New infrastructure bill to wean States away from building highways. Naturally!

The bill, H.R. 3684 (117), would erect new bureaucratic hurdles for states seeking to spend federal money on laying asphalt, while steering them to more climate-friendly options like transit.

While they fly around in their jets, we get stuck at the back of the bus. Nice!
