I watched Rabbit Proof Fence with my girls when they were teens. It's a good history movie.

I recently watched The Tracker. Not as good a movie as Rabbit Proof Fence but a a look back at historical Australian perspective.

Contact is really interesting. It's a documentary that has a cool story and video / pictures of the first interactions with whites and a group of aboriginies (1964). There are some interviews with the younger ones later as adults telling their side of the events.

Hundred arrested / fined during lockdown protests.

Australia seems to be locking down tight for a long time to try and stop Covid, not sure if it’s working. I understand a lot of Aussies are overseas and arnt allowed back.

From what I've seen the rates of the disease are low over there, but living in a prison camp isn't a life and like every other isolated place in the world, disease will hit them hard if and when they ever open up.

This is what happens with no Constitution. Now the question is, at what point do we refuse to allow our government to continue to usurp our Constitution? We are less than one step away from the exact same tyranny.

my parents lived in Australia for 5 years and came back home in 2015...its worse than the the news is letting on. they control everything cradle to grave.

people there really have zero rights.
