Can't remember his 1st name but last name is Lynski (sp) probably.
He had either 10 point or 12 points of control to reach full control of a nation.
Disarm citizens, Media control, Education, Health care, ....

I would like his last name and the list I have seen if some of you w/ better memory than I have and better search abilities.
