In the video it looked intentional to me. From the documents:
An April 14, 2021, letter from Assistant U.S. Attorney Channing Phillips to Metro PD Assistant Chief Wilfredo Manlapaz, notifies Manlapaz:

This office has considered the facts and circumstances surrounding the alleged use of excessive force in the above-captioned case [United States Capitol Police Lieutenant Michael Byrd]. We have decided to decline criminal prosecution of the above-listed officer as a result of this incident. Accordingly, this matter is referred to you for whatever administrative action you deem appropriate.
Wrongful death lawsuit is almost certainly on the way.

Texas Africa American man gets the longest sentence handed out so far.

He spent 9 months in jail awaiting his trial.

He did not enter the Capitol.

But he shared statements on Parler.

Careful what you write on line or share online.

Leftie Antifa man with axe attempts to break into a Republican Senator’s office. He is given probation, despite sentencing guidelines of 10 to 18 months.

And the FBI returned his axe.

The top three Echelons of the FBI should be purged and a Real Lawman with Integrity appointed to fix the FBI

The FBI just wanted to make sure he still had an axe for the next mission they sent him on. :banghead:

Deputy warden of Jan 6 protestors being held in subhuman conditions in DC, has deleted her Twitter account, as she no longer wants you to see all her anti Trump, anti Republican rants.

Conspiracy theories paint a fraudulent reality of what really happened as murderers anarchists and Trump supporters, burned, looted and destroyed the Capitol
on January 6th.

Glad to see Yahoo end the year with more accurate news.

I hear everyone one of them was armed with an AR-16 and bazookas and wore completely bulletproof full-body suits. And didn't they kill, like, over 200 people?
