I don't know about US companies doing it, but it seems like the State of Texas now has legal grounds to sue the Mexican government for not enforcing its own laws against illegal immigration. The illegal aliens that are entering the US are (claimed by Democrats) to be coming from other countries through Mexico to the US. How are they entering Mexico without being charged for illegal entry there?
