Man with a spiked black face mask carrying a rifle and 120 rounds of ammunition entered the Galleria while a children’s event was going on.

The children were saved by a brave Houston Police Sargent who ran and intercepted the man by tackling him and disarming him.

Firearms Safty instructor accidentally shot wife dead while cleaning his gun then takes his own life.

Not quite sure how they know it wasn’t a murder suicide.

He could have left a note. It is just hard for me to believe these ND while “cleaning” a gun. Some Insursnce policies will not pay if it is a suicide. I have known of no doubt two suicides that paid look like cleaning their gun.

Very sad. Suicide is a permanent decision to a temporary problem. It cause a total havoc for those left behind.

It says this guy was a firearms trainer. I am with y'all. It is hard to believe the guy taught firearms safety and training and did not have it ingrained in him to make sure that gun was unloaded. It does not say if he was intoxicated or not but that would be the only way I could imagine him making such a serious error.
