Attorney Tom Greive discusses Biden's zero tolerance policy attacking FFLs. Tracey Mann of Kansas has introduced the RIFLE Act, Reining In Federal Licensing Enforcement. I sold firearms back in the 1960's and 70's and we were audited several times. Minor errors were found a during some, but the agents weren't out to kill us, though I had one agent who was a tyrant. Thankfully he found nothing wrong after doing 3 day audit. Biden's contrived to use the full force of the ATF to eliminate legitimate FFL's who are actually allies of the ATF. (don't forget Eric Holder used them for Fast and Furious and they in good faith cooperated). Sadly they didn't realize the nefarious reasons Holder did that. But back to the subject at hand; hopefully we will see a change in the ATF's actions. BTW Tracey Mann was one of two house members that introduce HB 38 National Reciprocity.

My neighbor, who has been my FFL for 20+ years, got screwed by the ATF.
Three minor paperwork errors over the space of 17 years (none of which resulted in a prohibited person acquiring a firearm) suddenly became "a pattern" and the ATF demanded that he surrender his license.
He did not "voluntarily surrender" his license, so they refused to renew it.
He fought it, racking up tens of thousands in legal fees.
They are still stonewalling him.
The ATF should be de-funded and disbanded.
