So I'm about to start the process...

Hi guys,

I turn 21 in early March, and I'd like to go ahead and start getting everything together so that when I do hit 21 I can apply for my CHL as quickly as possible.

Where do I need to go to get this started? Any and all tips are appreciated... I don't want to wait any longer than I have to. :)

Thanks guys!

https://www.texasonline.state.tx.us/NAS ... AppManager

for the forms.

You can also find a list of CHL instructors on that site.

Look at the CHL Checklist section on this forum.

(That'll get you started.)

You can go ahead and take the class. Your instructor should have packets available for you. Fill one out, then drop it all in the mail on your 21st Bday. That would be a great present for yourself!
