Business not posting proper signage
Today I wrote my credit union the following email.
I am writing this email to inform you that your "No Guns Sign" at the
Lacy-Lakeview location does not comply with the Texas State Law. You
need to check the law! When the proper sign is displayed it is a "No
Trespassing Sign" for people carry a conceal weapon with a proper
license, i.e. (1) if you are carry - you can't enter the property i.e
parking lot, building and drive thru and (2) You can't leave the gun in
your car when using your credit union when the proper "NO Guns Sign" is
displayed.
Licensed people go through an extensive 10 hour training course for
their initial license and a 4 hour refresher course when they renew
their license. The state also runs their fingerprints through the FBI
and does a criminal records check before issuing a license.

Imagine someone who you don't like having a ketchup stain on his tie. Don't tell him, that way you can continue to laugh at him

I did not think. You are right I should not of told them. This credit union has had a rash of robberies during the last year.

Genco
I can't remember the verbage but it was basically no guns allowed. Not the correct Texas sign.

It is not our duty to inform companies of their mistakes who are ignorant of the law.

Incorrect signage is your friend! Enjoy it.

I am assuming the bank in question had a "ghostbuster" sign up. That sign has zero legal meaning to CHL holders.
There is no reason to write a company to inform them that their non-legally binding sign has no meaning. There are many, many companies that have ghostbuster signs up for various reasons. The most popular are for insurance reasons, or to appease the liberal sheep that believe the sign is going to save them somehow.

It is useless for the Sheep to circulate petitions calling for universal vegetarianism while the Wolves hold a different opinion.
