Early February Apps are being completed

From what people are reporting, it seems apps received by DPS in early-mid February without errors are being issued finally!! My status just changed to "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active".

Now planning my HD stroll....

After reading the wally walk rules :rules: and reasoning behind them, now changing to "Now planning my wally walk."

Thats what mine said yesterday. :woohoo DPS recieved mine on feb 8th. Not to bad still with in the 60 work day window.

Your wait time includes weekends, its not just business days.

My status changed to license issued today, DPS received my app 2/7.

mine was completed today also
Took class on 2/10
Sent packet in 2/11
Got Pin 3/3
Liscense Issued 4/25
Plastic in hand 4/26/2008

hey i took my class feb 2. i called them today and they said they sent me a letter about something to do with "taxes"!!?? Now if there was a problem with my taxes I would think the IRS would have already contacted me. SO somebody has the head where it don't belong!!!!

Dang that bites, from what I understand, Federal taxes don’t prevent you from getting your license. Owing State taxes I believe do. Its in the CHL handbook.

I sent mine in mid Jan. I think someone went and broke the time line. Either that or I've been pushed into an alternate dimension, where I will never get my CHL. :'( (I hope not)
