I have the 380cc in nickel. I am happy with mine. I did have a problem with it in the beginning, as an e-clip had fallen off, but it was trivial to replace and I haven't had that problem since. I also had a few feed problems with WWB at the beginning, but that seems to have cleared up, too.

In spite of the sights (nearly nonexistent), this gun is still quite accurate. I can consistently put a full mag (8rds) in a 3" circle at 10 yds, which is plenty accurate for SD.

I currently own 3 Bersa firearms FS22, BT 380, UC9 SS. I cannot complain about any of them. The 380 needed a bit of a break-in but after about 200 rounds the 1-2 FTF per 100 rounds disappeared. The 9mm worked out of the box and never had a single FTF, FTE with it. I use the 22 for practice only.

I used mine for the shooting test for my chl a couple of years ago. I have the Academy special. It has the rubber finger groove grips and fixed sights. It ran great right out of the box to.The best 199.00 I've spent.I still carry it alot.
