Can't say I'm in favor of this new trend.

I thought the purpose of the Wally Walk was to carry, inconspicuously, in the midst of a crowd and to be reassured by the fact that no one would notice.

There is certainly nothing inconspicuous about posing for photos in Wal Mart.

I don't think the silliness depicted in some of the photos reflects well on licensees.

But then I'm a cantankerous old man.

Don't forget to offer the secret CHL handshake if you come across a new plastic holder.

Having our CHL prevents us from having a little fun? The only two people who knew I was carrying in that WalMart were me and my friend taking the pictures. If anything they probably thought we were partners finishing up a date :smilelol5:

On the contrary, I would say that the sense of humor shows that CHL holders are human beings just like everyone else and we are no different simply because we carry. Yes it is an awesome responsibility but it doesn't make us less human or super human.
But then I'm a cantankerous old man.
And I'm just a immature young bachelor ;-) To each his own. Not everyone is going to be a fan of the TAM approved Wally Walk

lol

You guys are too funny.

Oh, and I too am old...but I approve of this silliness! :biggrinjester: I hope to have my wife or son snap a couple shots of me on my first Wally Walk (if I ever get the darn plastic!).

Just keep your stuff hidden and all is well.

I haven't done an offical "Wally Walk" but I have been to wally world 2 times sense getting me CHL.

I am glad that you enjoyed doing your "Wally Walk". My biggest surprise is that people I have been around everyday before my CHL haven't even noticed that I have been carrying the last few weeks.

.40calMedic, still haven't gotten it in the mail, yet. Wife, son, and I are all waiting....approved since last Friday.... My youngest son got his about two weeks ago.......all mailed the same place, the same day, using matching stamps.

Not sure I can top dukesean's walk, though. I have been thinking about it. Maybe I'll take the grandkids with us. That will insure my not getting noticed......or will it?

Mike1951....You are invited to meet us there, we'll loosen you up pretty quick trying to keep up with the 3 year old....No one will even notice how much fun we will be having. Not sure if I want photographic evidence, though.

Come on :totap: mailman!!
