I do believe he was referring to a Beretta!!

I don't own a cheap holster. I do own at least a half dozen of Tucker's Answer and Texas Heritage holsters.

Got a full Tucker HF1 rig, black cherry, crosscut, concho, belt and mag pouch to match.

None of this prevents my guns from being immersed in sweat.

At the end of the day, all leather is soaked. It simply isn't worth it to me with the effort it takes to maintain the handgun and gear.

I have misplaced my horsehide IWB holster for my Kahr K40. It is actually the only gun I have that would be worry free.
I bought a stainless K40 and proceeded to rust the heck out of it. I sent it to Walter Birdsong and had it refinished in Black-T.

It's just too easy to drop my 642/Mika holster in my pocket and go on.

Do you have any more details on this, or an alternate source? handgunners.net is not a good URL as of today.

mr.72,

Sorry, I provided the wrong web site before. The web site is:

http://www.handgunholsters.net/

You can use the belt you would normally use (don't necessarily need their tactical belt). It's hard to beat for $25.

He was referring to a Taurus 945. http://www.taurususa.com/products/produ ... ory=Pistol

I personally don't change carry guns/methods during the summertime. All are fullsized and all are carried IWB.

I'm going to have to look into that further... I definitely wear cargo shorts a lot of the time in the summer.
