Hello,
I've tried the search function, however, I cannot find a post where it references where in the texas CHL law they define "premises". Just wondering if anyone could point me in the right direction.
Thanks,
Christian

building. The term does not include any public or private driveway,
street, sidewalk or walkway, parking lot, parking garage, or other
parking area.
This definition is also adopted in TPC 46.03(c) where it states: (c) In this section:
(1) "Premises" has the meaning assigned by Section
46.035.
Please note that the definition of "premises" is relevant only to locations that are statutorily off-limits to armed CHLs.
Chas.
