Bullseye is a great powder for accurate target loads. The amount of powder that you use is very small compared to the case volume so it is very easy to double charge, which can lead to a KaBoom.
This is possible with other powders, but be very cautious. I recommend visually inspecting the level of powder in every case before seating the bullet.
In fact, with your reloading setup, I recommend it for all powders.
