Same for me.
I have 3 or 4 different brands, but the Magpul MagLevel PMAGs are my favorite.

Magpul P-Mags. Head and shoulders better than any others I've seen so far.

Re: Favorite AR mags?
My son loves me. He gave me nine 30 round P-Mags for Christmas. They just work really, really well. You wonder why they aren't issued with the rifles to begin with. And they have lots of well thought out extra features. For instance, they each come with a snap-on dust cover for long term ammo storage, one end of which serves as a go/no go gauge for the magazine lips, and as a tool to release the magazine base plate. The followers are supported on 4 sides so they can't dive, and they are self lubricating. Depending on the model, some of the magazines have a viewing window for round count in the sides.WarHawk-AVG wrote:WOW!! Even though I don't have an AR..I'm impressed!

I almost purchased 50 PMAGS back in November 08 for $12 each. But I waited.....
Now I cannot find any and if someone is selling online, the are at least double.
Do I feel el-stupido? yes

Re: Favorite AR mags?
I saw them at the High Caliber gun show in Houston for 5-$100 or 25 a piece. You can still back order them at the 12.99 or 13.99 price and just wait. I think its bravo company...

I have 3 of each 20 round straight, 20 round curved, 30 round straight. All C Products. I have not had any problems with any of them. However, after reading the comments in this thread I am going to pick up several PMags as soon as I can.

If I ever decide to run over my mags before I use them I will remember this.

Re: Favorite AR mags?
I have several Pmags and several C-products with anti-tilt followers. They are both fantastic mags, but the Pmags I believe are the more durable mag and offer the feature of the lip relief caps for loaded storage. I personally dropped a Pmag on my tile floor and only one round popped out. I have dropped a standard GI mag in the same spot and dented the mag AND all the rounds came flying out in the middle of loading it. The mag needed to be replaced after the drop, just my .02
