This would make a nice commander sized 1911 CCW. This pistol was purchased used by me but remained unfired by me during ownership. In addition, I have yet to field/detail strip it. It has been a safe king and is in excellent condition.

A) Prefer to sell to a fellow CHL holder OR Local, State or Federal LEO. (Meeting Face to Face is a little scary for me. I am a short person and a lousy shot so I would feel better if you had a CHL or Badge)
B) Not considering trades right now unless you have a Model 1066 Smith and Wesson in pristine condition with at least 3 mags, then it is on!
C) Would prefer NOT to do any shipping but if you make it easy for me by finding an FFL that would accept a gun transfer from a NON-FFL.I would consider it but no promises... Also- buyer would have to pay the higher price mentioned above if I have to ship (to cover the costs of shipping, insurance). Hey- convenience is a big deal to me.
D) I am relatively new on this forum but have good reputation transacting on Gunbroker as "Mcoupe1"
E) I will prepare a Bill of Sale to document the transaction which will require our CHL/LEO or LEO equivalent information as well as our signatures. We will both have copies of said Bill of Sale at the end of the transaction.
F) Upon acceptance of sale terms, emailing me your CHL/LEO or LEO equivalent information would expedite the preparation of the Bill of Sale
