I just called DPS and the lady told me their computers have been down since Wednesday due to a virus. Just peachy!!

As a former UNIX Admin, what happened to the security firewall?? Anyway, I did receive my PIN today and it took every bit of 6 weeks to get it. 
02/28/09 -- CHL Class Taken
03/04/09 -- Packet mailed to DPS
03/10/09 -- Received by DPS via certified mail
04/20/09 -- PIN received - Processing App
XX/XX/09 -- Application Complete
XX/XX/09 -- Plastic in hand!
PS: How do you add someone elses quote to my post to make a comment on that quote? It keeps giving me the syntax for the quote and not the actual quote mark.

You should be able to click the "quote" button in the top right of the comment. That gave me your comment with "quote="skeetshooter"" in brackets followed by your post. At the end of your comment was "/quote" in brackets again. I just put my cursor after the end quote code and hit 'return' to space it below the quoted comment.
