At the ranges that charge double for two guns, are you allowed to shoot both at the same time like in the action movies?

I actually saw some idiot doing that once. From the looks of his target, the safest place around was right in front of him.

shiloh indoor shooting range. took my chl class there. very smart staff and very friendly. looks like a hunting lodge. they sell guns and ammo and also optics, holsters, shirts, etc. one stop shop. i believe they are a sig retailer. 16 per hour per lane. as many guns as you can bring. and their website says that unless the place is packed they do not watch the clock.
