Out of curiosity, if you don't get your packet via the online route (it was provided by our CHL instructor), do you still get issued a PIN? If so, does it arrive in letter sent through the mail, or in a message sent via email? (If an email address was given on the form... I think they had a spot for it, but will have to double-check when I get home.)

Thanks Paul!
The PIN wasn't really discussed in our class I don't think (unless it was when I was in the restroom washing the fingerprint ink off). I figured I might just have to wait patiently until the CHL arrives, whenever that may be, but it's nice to know that I'll at least be able to sorta check the progress until that day comes... sorta.

I just recently moved, and did both CHL & DL changes on-line at the same time. I received my DL in 11 days, CHL in 21 days. That reflects the staffing situation in the CHL office, I think. But 2 months is way too long. I wouldn't wait any longer to call them. Just be sure you have the electronic receipt for their $25 fee.Aric wrote:Heck.. I am going on 2 months for an Address Change.. Come DL was here 8 days after I did it online.. I will call them at 2 months asking where it is
