License completed I think

I just logged in and the screen said this "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" I haven't received anything in the mail yet. Recently they needed more info on a past arrest, and I mailed it in about a week ago. Does this mean my plastic is on the way?

Plastic is on the way! Mine changed on Wednesday and got my plastic today.
03/25/09 -- Packet mailed to DPS
05/15/09 -- Processing Application
07/15/09 -- Application Completed - license issued or certificate active
07/18/09 -- Plastic in hand and Wally walk completed

Mine changed to complete on Wednesday, too. No plastic yet. :fire Maybe Monday.
CHL class 4/18/09 (Winchester Gallery, Ft. Worth)
Application sent to DPS 4/21/09
PIN received on or about 6/4/09
Status changed to "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" 7/15/09
Plastic in wallet 7/22/09
