Re: April 2009 Applications
Thanks for that...
We learned that in class, and it was someone else along the way that gave me the misinformation!
My LEO buddy then followed up with "keep it in your car...Castle Doctrine!" ...I told him it's not worth the hassle...I'll wait for the plastic...even though my photos make me look like a bloated, stoned pacman frog...hopefully it won't be too bad! =)

It's technically not the Castle doctrine that covers Vehicles, but rather, the Motorist Protection Act of 2007firehiker wrote:Thanks for that...

Re: April 2009 Applications
Checked this morning - "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" - 110 days!
I will add, as a fifth circumstance in the situation of the House of Representatives, restraining them from oppressive measures, that they can make no law which will not have its full operation on themselves and their friends, as well as on the great mass of the society. - J Madison, Federalist #57
Re: April 2009 Applications
Another "FINALLY"!
Got notice this AM that application is complete!
I don't have a complete timeline, but I took the class 4-5 April, and it is complete today, 25 July.
No Wally Walk, I'm not planning to carry regularly, but I'm glad I am almost done!

Re: April 2009 Applications
Thanks, and congrats right back to you!
I ordered a holster in May, it should be here sometime this week as well. All this time I've been expecting the holster to show up before the license - now it looks like a race.
