Cross Breed Supertuck

I'm wearing my supertuck today to work for the first time and I am looking for any advice on "breaking it in." I haven't quite found the most comfortable spot on my hip to wear it yet, nor exactly how to adjust the height and the cant. I need to keep my shirt tucked in while at the office, but I feel like my Stoeger Cougar handle is protruding out of the back of my shirt pretty far. Any advice for a newbie?

Suck it up, pdub. Wear it and be proud. Comfort in the waistline should be shrouded by the comfort that carrying your piece gives you. (just kidding. You'll get used to it). I've got mine at about 4 o'clock and felt for the first few days that my grip was sticking out. It's not. I was just self concious. I also realize that 99% of people won't even notice, because they are too involved in their own hustle and bustle to notice a small bulge in your belt/shirtline. Just try some different positions. 6 o'clock is comfortable and covers the grip well, but is not very accesible on a quick draw. 3 o'clock allows your arm to cover the bulge when your hands are in your pocket or at your side. I'll swing by your office sometime and further discuss. Take care.

I'll look forward to your visit no doubt. However, after contacting Mark @ crossbreed holsters, he had me send it back to him. He said it sounded like there was a problem with my particular holster. So, that's what I have done, we'll see how it is when it comes back. In the meantime, I'll find more creative ways to conceal my weapon and be ready for your visit. haha

I need to talk to Mark also. I want a cross draw holster in supertuck. I have a super tuck right hand, but want a right hand to be concealed on my left side. Maybe just me, but seems that it would be easier to draw if left hand raised shirt and right hand drew weapon. Rather than right hand raise shirt and right hand draw. Two much waisted time and action. Does anyone know if they even make a super tuck with this conformity?

Maybe Im doing it wrong (since I have had no "proper" training in drawing from concealment) but, I use my left hand to the right side to pull up my shirt while I draw with my right hand. And Im pretty sure Ive seen other do it this way as well.

Love my supertuck though!

Still love mine. Very comfortable. However, mine has started "squeaking" when I wear it....not exactly what I want it to do while I"m trying to be discreet. Anyone used any leather conditioner or anything to solve a problem like this?

Can any one shed light on the differences or comfort between the cross breed supertuckand the comp-tac minotaur ???
