Apparently there's been no weapons seen, they searched his home and found no weapons or bomb making matereals.
Supposedly he's just 'off his meds'... we'll see what the infamous LAPD does.

They have teargassed him 3 times, in a car with the windows rolled up, and he has not exited the vehicle...

They can get in if they wanted to, but they don't want anyone to get hurt. Remember, this guys has known mental issues, and is supposedly off his meds.

Theyre trying to wait him out apparently, want him to get out on his own, either that, or pass out from the gas, heat, or dehydration.

Edit: They pulled him out after breaking out the window, they rushed the car, grabbed him, and got him out.

Don't you think that the problem could have been solved with at most 2 squad cars and 4 officers? I think so. Big waste of taxpayer money that was.
