Bentley-driving Tomball thugs nabbed for beating woman.

A wife (the driver) and her husband (passenger) had gotten their
Chick-Fil-A order at the drive through window.

A black Bentley automobile, said to be worth $200,000, blocked their
path. The husband beeped for the Bentley to move so they could leave
the drive through lane.

The sons beat the woman badly. The Bentley driver dad, a thug if
there was ever one, told the couple they couldn't do anything about the
beating because his sons were minors. Well, one was 15, the other was 20.

The Bentley BG claimed to have a gun to keep the husband from assisting his
wife, but no gun was ever seen. Would this constitute a terroristic threat under
Texas law?

FYI: Southlake, Texas is very close to DFW airport, and next to Grapevine.
It's a high income residential suburb with a few busy FM roads and TX state
highways that run through it.

Tomball and Southlake are 248 miles apart.

I am glad they were caught. The employee who snapped the photo of the license plate was very wise and deserves a commendation.

Eddye Lovely’s arrest record includes assault, resisting arrest, driving while intoxicated and marijuana possession.

Anyone want to guess how he got the money for the Bentley?

Brenden Lovely’s arrest record includes theft of a firearm and credit-card abuse.

The apple doesn't fall far from the tree. And that's only what he got caught and convicted doing as an adult. I wonder what's in his juvenile record.

Yes, I would 2nd your opinion that they are drug dealers.

I would think that most men who have a Bentley would have made their
money in real estate, oil, gas, or trading various stock assets.

These type of men do not condone their evil spawn punching a woman,
then lying about the gun, and driving away.

This whole event brings to mind a question:

What exactly are we allowed to do if we are attacked by a minor? If they are attacking me, what can I do? If they are attacking a loved-one, what aid can I render? Any thoughts.

it wasn't too many years ago that Tomball was just a little hick town with not much going on .
back then , then most action the LEOs would see , was when Farmer Browns' cow got loose and was wandering around .

one of the main reasons we moved out here was to get away from the crime .

i was shocked when i took my son to his first day of school out here ,
when i noticed that all the bikes at the bike stand were not locked up
that would never fly in Houston .

fast forward to now ...
it seems like the city of Houston has expanded so much that the crime has followed .
its still by far better than living in Houston.

Maybe that wasn't such a good idea. Plenty of people have been shot or run over after moves like that.

Now the victims in this case have a bunch of really angry thugs who are going to bond out and probably learn their name and address.

This type of behavior floors me. I do know that I would not allow 2 punk thugs (or anyone else) to beat my wife. And, if you threaten to shoot me because you have a gun, IF I attempt to help her..... well, I'll believe you whether I see the gun or not. You will then be introduced to the business end of a .45 acp. If I feel I can immediately stop the attack, I will. If I feel I can't stop the attack, or I fear for my wifes life, I will shoot. Period. As far as the 1 thug being a minor, a stupid statement by the father. So what? A minor can inflict permanent bodily injury or death and I doubt very seriously the kid got out of the car and yelled "I'm a minor" prior to the attack.
They could have slammed this womans head on the concrete causing a severe brain injury. As a side note: I do know of a couple of folks that have come into alot of $$$ due to gas wells being drilled on their property. Dirt poor prior to the wells being drilled. Once those checks start coming in...... maybe a Bentley?

I heard about this on the news a few nights ago, from what I recall, the news story mentioned that the Lovelys (how lovely, eh?) did have three handguns in the car when they were arrested (or in their room, etc). I do also recall a charge of a terroristic threat against the thug dad.

I ate at Armend's (RIGHT next door to where this happened) yesterday...I don't frequent that Chik-fil-a as it's WAY too busy...the drive-thru line is LONG...also, it's one of those drive-thrus where you are captive, meaning that if the person in front of you doesn't move, you're not either, unless you put it in 4-low and plow through them.
