GREAT DAY! (Young Daughters at the Range).....

#1

Post by AggieMM »

I had a GREAT DAY today ...... thought I'd share.

Took my Daughters (6 & 9) to the range today. It was hot, but they had a great time. This is the second trip for the 9 year old ( Thread for First Day ), but the first for the 6 year old.

The best part today was the HUGE GRIN on the youngest's face when she knocked the can off the stand!!! She was hooked instantly!

Here are some pictures from today:

I am a very PROUD daddy. I sure hope I can continue to keep their interest in shooting while they grow up.

Wonderful post Ryan! Thanks for sharing! :tiphat: I KNOW you are proud of those girls, with good reason.

You are teaching them properly, and I applaud you for that. Keep up the good work!

Most excellent! A good age for them to learn gun safety and perhaps a love for the sport.

Be sure to tell them this is a sport where they can make the boys wish they were as good as a girl.

They are trophies. I have seen that smile on children & then grandchildren. Wish we had cameras when the son was small.

Good job :thumbs2:

Wow....that is awesome! I look forward to doing the exact same thing in a couple of years. At this point my daughter helps me during my dry fire sessions and sits in my lap looking into the magwell during my reloads :hurry:
