They're pretty quick to cash those checks (7 days), so that means they *open the packets* within a few days of receipt. WHY does it take *four weeks* to move to the "processing" stage?
Took class, paid fees, changed my mind. I want constitutional carry.

Oh trust me....I started double guessing myself and nearly opened the door because they might be innocent salesman. Common sense (gift of fear) took over! It was raining, it was dark....and they did not fit with the neighborhood. Car broken down? Could be, but these guys were young and no doubt had cell phones to use to call for help. Plus, salesmen don't yell what these guys were yelling.

I think I’d be a little leery of the girl scout too.

Back in my gainfully employed days, I would buy two boxes (6 packages each) of the Thin Mints every year. Keep 'em in the freezer and eat them cold. They rock!

Gives a new meaning to "they melt in your mouth and not in your hand.". I've always put candy bars in the fridge. Not so much as to make them last longer, but they just seem to taste better. ;-)

And hello stranger. Long time no talk to. Hope all is well with you.

Been BUSY. College is for kids......I have to read a book, a 46 page manuscript and other stuff just to write a 2-3 page paper on the relations between the English, the French, and the Iroquois indians in the 17th and 18th centuries. Sounds more like a doctoral disseration to me. Where to start?

I jump on here occasionally to remain sane.......

What?? SANITY?? I have checked my status three times already this morning and am failing to find this to be reflective of possessing a sane nature. :eek6

Thanks for your years of service, Lonewolf. Just remember when you are cracking those books.....age and experience has it ALL over the young and clueless.

Old age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill.
