But a sign is not posted in a conspicuous manner to all individuals if it is only on one side of the building. No warning was given to the CHL'r at that point if they have only entered through that entrance. How can you obey a warning you were never given?
I know you agree with the theory, but even the word of the law is ambiguous at best.
