Finally...Wally Walk-check!

#1

Post by Ropin »

So I was flying solo, and therfore pics were hard to pull off...but I worked the American ingenuity to pull one off. I struck out on ammo, but picked up the other stuff I needed.

I changed things up some, and ate my meal requirement at Firehouse subs, but I sat at mcd's and drank a leisurely tea. Top shelf, check. Bottom shelf, check. Pushed the cart myself, thorough yet subtle BG scans, and there wasn't a line that WASN'T busy. Lol.

hopefully, the pic works. If not, I'll have to play with it when I get home.

By the time I wrapped up my day, I didn't even feel the gun, except when it shifted. Then it felt huge, but getting by that was also comforting.

Ropin,
Sounds like an all around success! Congratulations! I haven't had my CHL that long, but definitely feel lost when not carrying. Unfortunately, I can't carry at school.

USA1,
You are the picture king, I'm sure you can help him out........after all, you helped me, and that's no small chore as I am quite bull headed.

Ok...well, I see a red x on preview, but maybe it'll show for others. I've got it hosted on a sharing site, I'm kind of at a loss for other options. :skep:

I'm not sure about the hosting site that your using , but here's the one I use...http://tinypic.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Basically you just click the "browse" button to search for the pics on your computer.
Then open the "resize" drop down menu and set it for "message board (640x480)"
Then click "upload now"

You will have four options. I use the bottom one.."Direct Link for Layouts"
Click to highlight the code , then right click and copy the code .
Then paste the code between the image brackets when making a post , like this...

Here's a tip..when making a post , use the "preview" button to see how it will look.
Once you're satisfied , then click "submit".

Also , I have two tabs open while doing all this.

It sounds harder than it is, but once you figure it out its easy.
Good luck . :tiphat:

That's about the same steps I followed from a different site. I'll have to give tinypic a shot when I get a chance.

Thanks, USA1.
